The Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MiHR), in partnership with the Government of Alberta, is undertaking a project to assess labour demand for 10 critical occupations in Alberta’s mining and oil sands extraction industries – and to use results from this analysis to inform career awareness initiatives based on MiHR’s successful Mining Needs You career awareness platform.
As part of this initiative, we are thrilled to announce that MiHR is running a $1000 scholarship social media video contest for post-secondary students in Alberta.
